Piste Map

this is a photo of the piste map for Zermatt, I'll replace it with a decent scan when I get Tig to do one for me.
As i mentioned in the intro, Zermatt is a hell of ski area.
It's changed a bit since the last time I was there, about 12 years ago. The area has been improved by the addition of a cable car between Gant and Hohtalli, allowing ou to start the day at the Rothorn (having taken the Sunegga express at one end of the town) and ski all the way across to Rifflealp, get the train up, ski down to Furi and get all the way up to Kliene Matterhorn by lunch time (queues permitting). This effectively means that you can start at one end of Zermatt in the morning, ski all the way across to Italy (Cervinia) and finish the day back at the bottom of the other end of Zermatt in the Kliene Matterhorn Restaraunt. It's just a shame you can't do it so easily the other way around.
Non the less, Zermatt still has some of Europe's (if not the world's, but I can't comment having only skied in Europe) best skiing.
